The accident replacement taxis can be delivered anywhere in the country, all tested and plated for the appropriate Local Authority within 24 hours. All our vehicles come complete with any radio equipment, taxi despatch system and calibrated meter that the customer requires.
Licensed plated vehicles are available on demand for most local authorities. However if we do not have a car licensed and plated for a particular local authority area we can have one available by sub-hire within 24 hours.

After our agents fill in the claim form with the details of the accident the client will be provided with a replacement taxi.
When renting an accident replacement vehicle on credit-hire from Taxi Help the client will be asked to sign a credit-hire agreement that clearly lays out the terms of hire and the charges.
There will always be a designated person who will be able to assist you with any queries you might have in the whole process with calls & faxes being made/returned quickly. Any feedback from you will be taken seriously and action taken where required.
On the conclusion of the case and client’s own vehicle being repaired the credit-hire terminates and we bill the "at fault" party’s insurers with the Hire Invoice.
